An Introduction And Vince's Idiocy

For those who don't know me, I'm Shaun Apps from Aussie Tape Trading. A brief introduction is probably in order to understand my wrestling thoughts.
I grew up in the age of attitude. I was a casual fan at first who thought wrestling was cool, but I never knew anything about it. Then in 1998, I started to watch WWF on cable and I was hooked. I could not get enough of this cocky arrogant mutton chop wearing character called The Rock. And from there it grew. I stayed with the WWF for a year then found ECW. Then I started trading, the rest is history. My favourite wrestler of all time is Shawn Michaels and current favourite wrestlers are Low-ki, Eddy Guerrero and Chris Jericho. But let's get on with my first column shall we?
The whole Hulk Hogan winning the undisputed title is a hot hot hot HOT topic at the moment, and I will briefly touch upon it. Okay, we had Jericho as champ for four months if I am not mistaken and we saw some of his best mic work in his WWF tenure during this time. I think his best promo was on Smackdown! A week before the Royal Rumble where Rock said he was going to "beat Jericho 1, 2, 3. If ya smellllllll..." Then Jericho cuts him off and gives the promo about not being a transitional champion. That was gold. But anyways, then Jericho jobs to HHH at WrestleMania x-7 to complete the come back fairy tale. Fine. I had no problems with that even if I wanted to see Jericho raise the belts at WrestleMania. Then they gave HHH a new undisputed championship belt. Wassupwitdat? That belt would have looked awesome on Jericho. But anyways, that was all good. Backlash - HHH vs Undertaker. That's good. Changed three days later. HHH vs Hulk Hogan, who is decked out in his old 80's gear. Okaaaaaaaaaaaay Vince. Hogan will fight but Hunter will win. Okay, no, give Hogan the belt. Hunter will at least refuse to shake his hand, right? OH VINCE!!!!! WHAT THE FUCK HAVE YOU JUST DONE! He killed The Rocks character by doing that and now he killed HHHs character! In the infamous words of the ECW crowd "YOU FUCKED UP!"
Putting Hogan in a title match is one thing, giving him the belt is another. Rock shaking Hogan's hand is all right as Rock is gone until June, maybe next year, but Hunter shaking his hand is just plain... wrong.
Moving on, the Cruiser division is picking up nicely. Good to see Kidman back even if he isn't as agile as he once was. Tajiri in heel mode is the best thing since Austin in heel mode. We will hopefully see his sadistic side with it.
Brock Lesnar is awesome. I just wish he would pin someone...
Scott Hall seems to be the only nWo member who is making an effort and getting nothing for it. Hogan is this big ball of suck running around with the belt and Kevin Nash is sitting at home getting paid to do nothing... again. Hall is eager. He works matches well still. His bout with Austin at WrestleMania wasn't spectacular, but that wasn't his fault. As we all know, Austin didn't want Hall to go over and Austin pretty much squashed both members in an 8-minute match. Hall has always been eager to put talent over, in WCW he put talent over. What did Nash do for the talent to get them over? Oh, he threw Mysterio into a truck. Good work there Nash...
